PLEASE confirm your appointment!
There is virtually no way you can forget you have an appointment with me. Everyone receives multiple appointment reminders through my booking system!
~ You get one immediately when your appointment is scheduled.
~ You get one 96 hours (4 days) prior to your appointment. This is one you need to click on to confirm. PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT!
~ Then, you get a courtesy reminder 2 hours prior to your appointment.
Friendly reminder... All appointments not confirmed 24 hours prior will automatically be canceled! If you ignore the confirmation and reminder texts, unfortunately, I have to assume you do not plan to show up for your appointment and I have to adjust my schedule accordingly.
**No shows WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED. This includes those who do not reply to correspondence from me to confirm appointments. If you do not reply or contact me to cancel your appointment, you will not be scheduled in the future with me.**
*If you need to cancel an appointment, please give me at least 48 hours' notice so I can adjust my schedule accordingly.
~ Cancellations less than 24 hours from appointment will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
$25 for cuts
50% for color services.
$100 for Keratin Treatments
This cancellation fee has to be paid prior to booking future appointments.
~ If you habitually cancel appointments (3 times) I will require a 50% non-refundable
deposit to secure your next appointment.
If you need to make changes to your appointment, contact me at 423-426-7695 or peggypaynehair@yahoo.com. Do not reply to the number on the booking confirmation. I do not receive messages through that number.
* Deposits are required for the following services:
~ New client color appointments requiring more than 90 minutes require a deposit of $50.
~ Keratin treatment and permanent straightening appointments require a deposit of $75.
~ Color corrections and Vivid color appointments require a deposit of $100.
*I work by appointment only. Therefore, last minute cancellations and no shows have a great impact on my business. Because of this, deposits are non-refundable unless appointment is cancelled at least 96 hours (4 days) prior to scheduled appointment time.
*All deposits will be applied toward the service on the day of your appointment. You will receive an invoice from me by text or email. This must be paid before I can secure your appointment.
*Redo policy: If you are ever dissatisfied with anything I do to your hair, please let me know within 5 days of your appointment. I will get you back in in a timely manner to make adjustments to my work,
free of charge, to ensure you love your hair! This is only an adjustment to "tweak" my work.
A complete re-do due to changing your mind about what you want is not included in this.
No refunds.
*Child policy: As much as I love babies and children, I ask that you do not bring them with you
to your appointment. This is for their safety and to ensure all clients receive the service and experience they deserve. Thank you for understanding!
*I accept cash, credit, debit, Zelle, and Venmo as forms of payment. I do not accept checks.
